Main Strategies

Under the Mid-term Plan, the BANDAI NAMCO Group will aim to further solidify the IP axis strategy, which is the Group's greatest strength, and to expand its business in global markets. We will also step up our business development initiatives in regions with high growth potential. Specifically, we will advance three types of strategies Ebusiness strategies, region strategies, and function strategies.
