About the Compliance Hotline
The basic compliance policy of the Bandai Namco Group is to abide by laws, regulations, and social norms, to strive to respect human rights and protect the environment, and to conduct fair and appropriate corporate activities.
The Compliance Hotline is a contact point for external stakeholders to provide specific information regarding violations of laws and regulations, misconduct, or any other conduct that violates (or may violate) the Bandai Namco Group Code of Conduct and the Bandai Namco Group Human Rights Policy by officers and/or employees of Group companies in the course of business activities.
With regard to its design and operation, we will consider and implement necessary improvements based on actual reporting trends and ongoing dialogue with external stakeholders.
Eligible users
Persons able to access the hotline (individuals, organizations, groups)
- Persons (including business partners, employees of suppliers, customers, etc.), or their representatives, who have been subjected to violations of laws and regulations, misconduct, or any other conduct that violates (or may violate) the Bandai Namco Group Code of Conduct and the Bandai Namco Group Human Rights Policy by officers and/or employees of Group companies in the course of business activities.
- All parties involved in the supply chain of the Bandai Namco Group, including business partners, workers in the supply chain, and customers other than those mentioned above.
Notes:
1. Consultations and/or reports from persons who do not fall under the above categories will not be accepted.
2.Employees of the Group are not eligible to use this hotline. Please use the Internal Whistleblowing Systems (hotlines) of each company.
Acceptable consultations
What you can discuss with this hotline
- Violations of laws and regulations, misconduct, or any other conduct that violates (or may violate) the Bandai Namco Group Code of Conduct and the Bandai Namco Group Human Rights Policy by officers and/or employees of Group companies in the course of business activities.
Inquiries other than those of consultations listed above, such as about products, will not be accepted through this hotline.

Points to note regarding consultations
- Depending on the nature of the report (e.g., fraudulent reports, information on or referral of products or services, etc.), we may not respond.
- Please refrain from reporting any information that is untrue or cannot be confirmed, or that is slanderous, libelous, threatening, false, or obstructive to business. We will not be able to investigate or respond to such reports.
- Please note that we will not be able to respond to consultations that do not meet the requirements of those eligible and/or the acceptable content.

Points to note when reporting
- Reports should be made using your real name. Please be aware that if you choose to remain anonymous or provide insufficient information, we may not be able to notify you of the results of our investigation or fully investigate the facts. Furthermore, we may not be able to provide you with an explanation of our response or other pertinent information.
- We may confirm the facts about the report without the consent of the whistleblower.
- To ensure the transparency of the Compliance Hotline, information regarding the number of reports received through the hotline and the status of our response to such reports may be made public on our website, subject to the rules described below regarding the protection of whistleblowers.
- Our reply will be sent to you personally. Please refrain from communicating or disclosing our response, in whole or in part, to outside parties.
Workflow of response
The workflow of our response after a report is received by the Compliance Hotline is as follows.
The Bandai Namco Holdings Group Compliance Department will review the content of the report after receiving it and contact the whistleblower as necessary.
Depending on the content, we will decide whether or not to conduct an investigation.
Compliance staff of the relevant operating company will investigate. Depending on the case, the Bandai Namco Holdings Group Compliance Department may conduct the investigation.
Based on the findings, corrective and remedial actions for negative impacts will be implemented as necessary.
The whistleblower will receive a report, as necessary, on the status of implementation and effectiveness of response measures, and efforts will be made to address and improve the situation.
Protection of whistleblowers
The Bandai Namco Group will not subject the whistleblower, those involved in the investigation after the whistleblower’s report (hereinafter referred to as “the whistleblowers”), the company or organization to which the whistleblowers belong, or any other person related to the whistleblowers (such as family members or agents of the whistleblowers), disadvantageous treatment because of their report or cooperation in the investigation. Also, we will not permit any retaliation or inquisitive behavior by the parties involved.
The Bandai Namco Group will keep the content of the report and all information that can identify the whistleblowers strictly confidential, use it only for the purpose of the investigation, and share it only within reasonable limits, which shall include the relevant departments of Group companies and, if necessary, outside experts and investigative authorities.
The personal information of whistleblowers will be handled in accordance with the Bandai Namco Group’s Privacy Policy.
