Event for Children at Rikuzentakada, Iwate Prefecture
NAMCO BANDAI Holdings Inc. held Making Jackies’ Christmas Wreath as the first event targeted at local children in Rikuzentakada City, Iwate Prefecture on November 20, 2011. The event was held in partnership between the BANDAI NAMCO Group and Save the Children Japan (“SCJ”). On the day, we made Christmas wreaths featuring Jackie, the main character of the bears’ school, a popular picture book series, with around 20 children at the Temporary Children Center, a space set up by SCJ for children and temporary housing in the Takinosato Industrial Park.
