NAMCO BANDAI Holdings held a plastic Model Class an event tageted at local children at Natori City,Miyagi Prefecture

On Saturday, 17 December 2011, NAMCO BANDAI Holdings Inc. held a “Plastic Model Class,” an event targeted at local children at Mitazono No. 3 Temporary Housing, Natori City, Miyagi Prefecture. The BANDAI NAMCO Group hosted the event in partnership with Save the Children Japan (“SCJ”), following a similar occasion held at Rikuzentakata City, Iwate Prefecture, in November 2011, in which local children made Christmas wreaths. On the day, we enjoyed helping the children to build BANDAI NAMCO Group’s Gunpla (plastic model of Mobile Suit Gundam), Pokepla (Pokemon plastic model collection), and plastic models of “Little Battlers eXperience,” coloring them with special marker pens. The mission of the BANDAI NAMCO Group is to offer “Dreams, Fun, and Inspiration” to people around the world through its entertainment products and services. The BANDAI NAMCO Group is committed to implementing support activities, based on the Group’s unique capabilities, in areas stricken by the Great East Japan Earthquake over the medium and long-term. The Group looks forward to hosting further events targeted at local children in cooperation with SCJ.
