External Recognition and Initiatives

We aim to increase the transparency of our ESG initiatives and lead the way toward the sustainable enhancement of corporate value. Toward this end, we are working to be included in various ESG indices, gain external recognition, and participate in international initiatives. This page lists the external recognition we have received, including ESG ratings as well as recognition from capital markets, such as inclusion in major stock indexes.

An index composed of Japanese companies that excel in promoting women’s active participation in the workforce. One of the indices utilized by the Government Pension Investment for ESG investment.

Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category)

Established by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2016, this program certifies corporations that implement employee health and productivity management initiatives from a management perspective.
