“Plastic Model Class” for children in areas stricken by the Great East Japan Earthquake held at Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture
On August 9, 2013, NAMCO BANDAI Holdings Inc. held an event for local children in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. 
This event is one of the activities that the BANDAI NAMCO Group, in partnership with Save the Children Japan , has been hosting in the Tohoku region since 2011 for children in areas devastated by the Great East Japan Earthquake.
On the day, we built plastic “Pokemon” and “LBX” models with around 50 children from the Watanoha district after-school kids’ club and the Sumiyoshi district after-school kids’ club in Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture. 
The BANDAI NAMCO Group is continuing to carry out various assistance activities targeted at children in areas stricken by the earthquake over the medium to long term.
