Official PR Ambassador for Bandai Spirits Plastic Models LINKL PLANET Appointed as Official Supporter of the Shizuoka City Plastic Model Project
Bandai Spirits Co., Ltd. (President & CEO: Nao Udagawa; Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo) is announcing the appointment of their plastic models' official PR ambassador LINKL PLANET as the Official Supporter of the Shizuoka City Plastic Model Project, effective January 31, 2023.
As the "plastic capital of the world," Shizuoka City established the Plastic Model Promotion Team within their Industrial Promotion Division in 2022. In coordination with the Plastic Model Promotion Team, the Official Supporter of the Shizuoka City Plastic Model Project LINKL PLANET will participate in a variety of activities to promote the appeal of plastic models and increase interest in its craftsmanship. For its first activity, LINKL PLANET will appear in the Shizuoka City Plastic Model Project commercial, to be aired in Shizuoka Prefecture starting February 2023.
The Bandai Spirits original factory Bandai Hobby Center conducts the development and production of plastic models in Shizuoka City. In support of the Shizuoka City Plastic Model Project's philosophy to "advance regional development through plastic models," we will work along with the public and private sectors to revitalize local communities.
