Bandai Namco Online Receives Highest Three Star Rating in HDI Benchmark
Bandai Namco Online Inc. (President and Representative Director: Masataka Sekiguchi; Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo) received the highest three-star rating in HDI-Japan’s 2022 HDI Benchmarks Customer Service category.
The HDI Benchmarks rate a company’s service from the customer’s perspective, using evaluation criteria based on HDI’s international standards, and awards a rating on a four-point scale: zero, one, two, or three stars. Each HDI-Japan evaluator comes up with the details for a test inquiry and evaluates the service’s quality and performance based on its actual handling of that inquiry.
