Bandai Namco Online Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Masataka Sekiguchi) received the highest three-star rating in HDI-Japan’s 2023 HDI Benchmarks Customer Service category. This is the second year in a row that the company has been awarded a three-star rating in this category.
